KAMPOS is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 14-day return window for all premium sustainable swimwear and accessories. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective hygiene liners and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup through the link provided in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our hygiene standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
